The stories we tell ourselves create emotional fortitude or overwhelm.
Internal narratives can also trap us in a world of fantasy and ‘what ifs’ keeping us from showing up fully in the present. Observe your thoughts and notice which stories you pour energy into. Those stories are the ones creating your feelings of progress or stagnation. Try this when you catch yourself in the story: 𝘚𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺. Once you become aware of it, with Practice and time the charge will lessen. This is because you are learning to train your thought process into new ways of being that actually support who you are becoming.

Energy is always available to us. We must learn how to cultivate it, share it efficiently and be nourished by it instead of depleted. Resources can get depleted. Source is infinite. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞. You are the guardian of God's essence pouring itself through you.
How well are you tending to this task? To your body? To your loving? To your nourishment? To your pleasure? To your pain? To your movement? All is the Divine's work and you are assigned to tend to it, embody it and then share it. The more room you make for sincere goodness, the more it can fill you and pour out into a world that very much needs your sacred essence.
