We are living in rough times, no doubt and no sugar coating, AND these times are the times we have been preparing for.
The burgeoning of personal and collective healing cannot be denied nor stopped.
When you start feeling anxious or overwhelmed know you are being invited to breathe deep belly breaths and slow eeeeeeeeevrything down.
It is life bringing you back into center and reminding you of what’s truly essential in life.
When we surrender to this invitation, we are lifted into alignment and sacred action.
So many times it is our anxiety & mental pressure to make sense of things that keep us from the clarity that wants to emerge.
go for a walk,
go to the ocean or the trees.
Make room & be receptive to inner guidance.
When you’ve been in pain for long, pleasure can become scary.
This plays out in our relationships or in our careers.
Consciously or unconsciously, feeling good can come with shame. So we push our partner away by finding faults or withholding our love.
Doing financially well can come with guilt. So we do just enough to get by or when we do well, we unconsciously seek to sabotage.
The body is always seeking to harmonize into what its default programs are, so if it’s functioning from pain, trauma, loss, or poverty, it will continue to want to remain in the chemical state it knows until it is shown different.
Our limitations live within us, woven in our flesh, in our organs, in our DNA, in our body memory.
Its imprints live in our center, which I reference as our Wombspace. For men, the Hara space.
Until we descend into this center of creation and upgrade our ways of operating, the body will continue on default, and you will continue to try and change it through some external way of doing or thinking, only to arrive eventually into the same results.
Any fear in life we have is really fear of emotions.
Its not the facts that we fear, it is our emotions about them.
𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘪𝘵?
𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦?
𝘞𝘩𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦?
When we are willing to face our fears and feel our feelings, we gain greater self confidence. We step into a place of 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫.
We open to greater chances and change because we realize that we are able to handle the emotional consequence, that we have what it takes to get through it.
This act of courage, unblocks greater avenues of experience and opportunity that we had previously been closed off to. The expression of our soul expands.
When we turn towards our fears, we expand.
When we turn away from them, we shrink.
What’s your greatest fear right now?
How is it shrinking you from your soul potential?
