What are fragments? Aspects of us that we reject, that we left behind or that we disassociated from at some point because it was too painful for our psyche. Usually these aspects are found guarded by our numbness, anger, grief, depression and reactiveness.
There is nothing fast or easy about this path. It requires a great deal of courage, of patience, of discomfort and grit.
You incarnated to be fully human, and the full integrated human knows deep pain as well as blissful joy, light as well as dark.
We must descend into the body in order to ascend in consciousness.
Life is so much more than KNOWLEDGE.

𝘸𝘪𝘴𝘥𝘰𝘮 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘣𝘦𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘥.
Don’t settle or stay in knowledge that are frameworks set by others, take it beyond.
Explore your own and unique wisdom. Be the courageous topographer of your own inner landscape.
Primordial wisdom is wild, unpredictable, paradoxical, sensorial, life giving. All encompassing and brimming with creation.
A womxn living from her wisdom; remembers, learns, teaches and listens through Her body.
When you’ve been in pain for long, pleasure can become scary.
This plays out in our relationships or in our careers.
Consciously or unconsciously, feeling good can come with shame. So we push our partner away by finding faults or withholding our love.
Doing financially well can come with guilt. So we do just enough to get by or when we do well, we unconsciously seek to sabotage.
The body is always seeking to harmonize into what its default programs are, so if it’s functioning from pain, trauma, loss, or poverty, it will continue to want to remain in the chemical state it knows until it is shown different.
Our limitations live within us, woven in our flesh, in our organs, in our DNA, in our body memory.
Its imprints live in our center, which I reference as our Wombspace. For men, the Hara space.
Until we descend into this center of creation and upgrade our ways of operating, the body will continue on default, and you will continue to try and change it through some external way of doing or thinking, only to arrive eventually into the same results.
