Just as our fingerprints, our bodies and inner workings are all uniquely individual.
There are resemblances but we are all beautifully, NOT imprinted the same! (even identical twins do not share same fingerprints and are individually imprinted in the womb space)
For example, in broader perspective, mens bodies' respond differently than women’s to medications and herbs. Same goes for therapy, psychology, etc.
Women’s bodies are individual to their own chemistry and cellular make up. This is why comparison and wanting to be like or feel like someone else, is such a sham. And so is following things, practices, teachings, etc. and then being disappointed or judging yourself because somehow it doesn’t work for you.
Ultimately, your perception comes down to the inner interpretation of your chemistry which is HIGHLY influenced by trauma, environment and memories, not to mention lineage EPIGENETICS.
So, getting to know yourself for your self is paramount to learning what works for your growth and in honoring your journey. Clearing your dense debris (trauma, wounding, inadequacy, etc.) allows your body to integrate into wholeness and communicate from an objective place. It moves the body and mind into coherence so you can receive deeper authentic insight and guidance.
Although we can follow guidance, certain parameters and generalizations paved by others, only you can deepen into the knowing that lives within your body, its signals and its responses.
Your individuation is a treasure.
Taking a moment to thank all you beautiful beings for being here.
Truth is, none of us can do this journey of life alone. As I often say, we are a web. This is where our greatest power lies, in our courageous togetherness.

The highest aim and compliment is to know that this body of work somehow touches your own journey in encouragement, serves as a reminder that you’re not alone and maybe even opens new spaces of fresh inquiry within you.
The flame of knowing within me, grows and glows more each day. (𝘚𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘢’ 𝘞𝘰𝘮𝘣!) The mythic journey to retrieve it from the Underworld of Shadows was loooong but worth it.
If you’re in your dark nights, keep walking, keep breathing. Get support! The dawn is sure to come.
I invite you to continue with me on this journey that’s about to get more intimate, a lot more playful, at times confronting but always rooted in Divine Sourced love.
Until the last one of us awakens into embodied courage, you will find me in the front lines of consciousness.

The Sister Wound workshop isn’t only a place where we will unpack the dynamics between women relationships, how they affect us in our creative endeavors and everyday living.
It is an invitation to where you’ll be reminded and experience the divine womxn that lives within you.
The womxn connected to the greater web of life. The womxn that existed before any lack conditioning, poverty consciousness, competition, comparison, before she was made feel less than or not recognized for her inherent value.
I believe that remembering where we come from and who we have been is a healing balm of restored purpose. A way of accessing the gift of vision and commitment to our life in the NOW.
Tapping into the current of our collective womxn power potentiality and knowing we are not alone, allows us to experience within our beings the importance of each of us in these times. The crucial task of being alive and expressing our genius.
Join me Oct. 12th in person and let’s journey into a very potent experience!
An online version of this workshop will happen on November 23rd 2019 & will be available for download shortly after.
It takes practice,
it takes a lot of patience,
a lot of discipline and a lot of tears
to get ourselves out of the stories that have meant so much to us.
Get the support—someone who can help you 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 and 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐧 the greater vision—while you work your way from the pain to the blessing.
If you’re ready for this level of support, reach out.
Right now, I have two open spaces for my 12 Week One-on-One Mentoring program.
