Thoughts are threads of energy pumped out by the mind whose only job is to give us a sense of identity and security. This doesn’t make any of our thoughts true.
We create our reality through the thoughts that we believe so its important to know that we can choose which thoughts we believe and which we don’t.
When we choose to believe a thought we reinforce it, accept it and create it.
This is why slowing down is important. Whatever we bring awareness to, automatically begins to shift. By acknowledging these thoughts are not true we can nurture our discernment and bring it into conscious choosing.
Discernment is a knowing that includes the intelligence of our body. Which in turn can create a shift and difference in the reality you are co-creating and experiencing.
If your setting is in default, you are believing everything coming through. If you’re in discernment, you gain objective power to choose.
Thoughts themselves hold no reality.
Our thinking structures hold no reality until we accept them and give them life. The way we think is being used to create a material reality in and outside our bodies.
Conscious expressions of grief are healing.
Lack of expression of our grief leads to repression, which turns into impulses and emotions that are at the root of general unhappiness, lack of purpose and depression 🖤
Grief is a realm of deep feeling, it is a journey into assemblage of losses and restoration of our EMBODIED divine light.
